Sonam Kapoor’s the resident fashionista of Bollywood. So when she walks the red carpet at the world’s premier showbiz event, Cannes, we’ll be waiting with bated breath to see what she wears and how she pulls it off. Sonam, never one to disappoint her fans, says she is already in talks with the leading fashion designers about what to wear at Cannes. “I’m working hard on my looks and clothes. I do not want to let people down by anything that is mediocre,” assures Ms Kapoor, adding that apart from meeting designers, she has also been doing her own bit of research to try and innovate. The only way, she tells us, she can possibly be panned by the critics this time, is if she fails to keep her motor mouth in check. “You know a lot of people, including my family, is worried about me shooting my mouth off,” she laughs.
