Jaipur-based designer Puja Arya has a new client and it is none other than style icon Sonam Kapoor! Here, she speaks on the synergy of her trademark look and her trademark look.


"The look of the collection is an amalgamation of yesteryears: vintage and contemporary. The label focuses on traditional Indian handicrafts and incorporates them into contemporary womenswear that can be worn worldwide and fit right in. I tend to use a blend of hand block prints in bright natural hues that give my garments a contemporary twist. The young, the playful and the whimsical are the inspiration behind this collection and perhaps that is why Sonam Kapoor tends to pick up these ensembles. She epitomizes style with a whimsical edge. Sonam, and her sister who is also her stylist Rhea Kapoor, love our look and proof of the same is her appearance wearing our label on the cover of the June edition of OK, for a Spice Mobile advertisement and for a promotional shoot of her newest movie: Thank You.
