What’s the worst job you’ve ever had? (Question from Disha Rawal in Dubai)
It would have to be waitressing when I was studying in Singapore. I had to be on my feet all day, wait on people and deal with dirty dishes to top it all. It was NOT FUN!

Who are the stars you would like to play matchmaker for in Bollywood? (Question from Amit Bhanushali in Mumbai)
They don’t need me to play matchmaker, they’ve all decided for themselves! They’re all taken.

Are you more like your mom or your dad? (Question from Sapna Mehta in Dubai)
I’m definitely more like my dad. We’re both spaced out and creative people.

What’s your all-time favourite outfit? (Question from Manisha Karmarkar in Dubai)
The Little Black Dress. It’s so naturally classy and elegant, nothing tops it!

I eat chocolate! It’s an instant stress-buster.

Why do you do such few movies? (Question from Zinnia Khan in Sharjah)
It’s completely by choice that I do limited movies. I need to have time and space between roles. Also, I don’t want to burn out!

What’s the craziest incident that happened while shooting 'Aisha'? (Question from Geeta Dave in Sharjah)
All of us went river rafting, kayaking and body surfing. It was adventurous and also a bit crazy. Everyone went a bit mad in the water.

What’s your biggest fear? (Question from Rubina Syed in Dubai)
Mediocrity.

I’ve read that you listen to music to prepare for a role, is that true? What was the musical inspiration for Aisha's character? (Question from Avni Zia in Islamabad)
It’s true. For ‘Aisha’ I listened to a lot of Lady Gaga’s music, all the songs from her first album. ‘Paparazzi’ in particular.

What's the one film that you’ve loved that everyone else seemed to hate? (Question from Sharmina Y in New York)
(Thinks for a long time) You know I’ve usually liked movies that have done well. (Laughs) The most recent one’s I remember now are ‘Avatar’ and ‘3 Idiots’

What’s your ‘Mausam’ co-star Shahid like as an actor and person? (Question from Manar)
I haven’t interacted too much with him. But from what I have, he’s a very professional actor and a very nice person.
