Sonam Kapoor is taking the forthcoming general elections seriously. Like many of her contemporaries and fellow Indians, one is tired of the apathetic politicians and so instead of doing nothing and complaining, the sassy girl has gone a step forward to create awareness to vote.

In a campaign to create awareness to vote, Kapoor, in her inimitable style has posed the question, Vote or Vat, for a television commercial… Vat is an oft used word amongst Mumbaikars and Kapoor, a born and bred Mumbaikar has used it effectively in her advertising campaign to press her awareness programme, forward.

Kapoor has not voiced her affiliation to any political party. However, the Delhi 6 actress has preferred to keep mum on this topic.
